Lined cape is gathered to neck band with hook and eye closure and has side arm openings and train. Hood is lined and has contrast ruffle. Purchased appliques.
FABRICS: Cape: Velvet, Velveteen. Contrast 1, 2, 3: Silk, Taffeta. Also Contrast 1, 2: Novelty Tulle. Also Contrast 3: Lightweight Brocade. Interfacing: Sew-In Craft Weight.
Note: Fabric requirement allows for nap, one-way design or shading. Extra fabric may be needed to match design or for shrinkage.
